At the age of 18, Randy Stromsoe was selected by 3rd generation master silversmith Porter Blanchard (b. 1886, Garner, MA) to be his apprentice. As one of the last classically trained silversmiths in the nation, Randy cherishes his unique connection to a rich history and to his extensive collection of original tools, photos, stories and techniques from those who came before him.
